Learning the piano should be an opportunity to have fun, but it also builds positive character traits such as self-motivation and perseverance. Students are encouraged to communicate at and through the piano. By engaging with a broad range of repertoire, I hope to create a learning environment that is positive and culturally inclusive.

In my teaching, I emphasize the musical skills of note-reading, rhythm and sight-reading. Through interaction with students, I get to know them and am able to adjust the curriculum to their personal goals. I also encourage students to develop their imagination and musical voice by discussing their opinions and ideas about the music in our lessons. I aspire to nurture a lifelong love of music and the piano.
